Drag execution point during debugging (like VS)

While I eventually discovered you can Set Next Execution Point from the context menu during debugging (https://rider-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/205452690-Step-back-during-debugging?input_string=Drag%20execution%20point%20during%20debugging%20(like%20is%20VS)), this is nowehere near as nice as being able to drag the yellow arrow like in VS.  Could this feature be added?
