Deployment like PHPStorm

Hi,

Would be great if we could have a deployment feature just like in PHPStorm and WebStorm with compare capabilities. It would help with projects that are PHP or Web based but used in platforms that have Razor support.

This would enable us to use Rider to work for both frontend and backend development instead of 2 separate tools.
