TODO Filter

Hi,

 

When I define a TODO filter, I expect all non-matching TODO's to be removed from the TODO treeview. What actually happens is that only matching become expandable but the full list remains displayed. This results in quite a bit of noise. I couldn't say if it was purposeful or not but the way the example is crafted here it makes it really hard to determine if its as you guys designed or not. https://blog.jetbrains.com/dotnet/2017/05/11/working-todo-items-rider/

I am also experiencing this among other problems like custom patterns randomly losing syntax highlighting.
