IDE Feature - Colouring Coding Lines For Easy Navigation

Would be nice to have the ability in all IDEs from the jetBrains toolbox to mark lines of code with a user defined colour to be able to easily go back to code.

This would make tracing parts of code you are working with easier and more powerful.
