Mvc4 and website - syntax issue

Hi

I have a legacy .sln solution, that contains a web site(not web application) that uses the mvc4 framework. My problem is that the view is showing errors, because it doesn't recognize the type safe model. Like so

I have tried with a web app project and here it works perfect. What am I doing wrong with the website?

The solution works perfect in vs2013.
