Terminal is not displaying things properly.

I installed Material Theme awhile back because I have it on VS code and thought I'd try it, but found it a bit distracting on Rider.  So I uninstalled it. I do not know if this has anything to do with why my terminal half the time will not display the location unless I type something like ls to list the contents of the current directory.  This also may or may not be related, when I was playing around with multi threading occasionally I will not get all of the results without using a Console.Readkey at the end.  I do not know if it's entirely to blame on Material Theme, or if it's something to do with Rider itself.  Though I will say Material Theme was difficult to uninstall completely.

Hello! Please specify your Rider version and OS. What shell path do you have in Settings | Tools | Terminal?
