After upgrade to 2019.1 unit tests stopped working

I don't see anymore the green circles in the gutter for the test methods. I use MS Test. I added a new TestMethod and in the Units explorer, its name is truncated to 9 chars even though the old method names show up. The Units Explorer clearly doesn't refresh the test methods after I modified the code. I rebuilt the test project to no avail.

Any idea about what's wrong? How can I fix it?

After restarting Rider.Net it seems it got its brains back.
