Update services not working... Follow

For external web services, the right-click option Update is not working for me on any service. The service in question was originally import by Visual Studio Community 2017. Visual Studio still works to update the service, but I was thrilled to see you had added this option to Rider. Unfortunately when I click Update it fails with this error,

When I go to edit it, I see the following,

When I try to edit this to add the Web Service Url, it complains that this service already exists. 

For now I'm back to using Visual Studio, but it would be great to get this working.
