2019.2 - Javascript Debugging in ASP.Net stopped working

Hello I've been using Rider for almost a year now and I love it.
I have a solution with multiple projects two of which are web applications (API/Presentation). I have selected to open Chrome after launch with Javascript debugger and it has been working perfectly up until version 2019.2 (2019.2.1 didn't fix the problem)
Now the breakpoints won't trigger at all. Why is that?

This is a known issue - WEB-40734. Unfortunately, this issue is not fixed yet as it depends on another system. We'll do our best fix it as soon as possible.
