Unity file templates not showing in the list

As the title says...

I was trying to make some file templates to speed up my workflow in Unity but some issues happened

1. Trying to duplicate the template, it didn't appear on the context list of templates to create
2. Then trying to create a new template, it also didn't appear

This is the default view of file templates

Here I cloned the template

And here is the list but the clone is missing

I even restarted the IDE and deleted the config folder, but nothing happen

What can I do to show the new templates to the context list?
