Single quote inside comment

When I type a single quote inside a line comment (C#) the rider.net editor creates the enclosing quote. Imo, this behaviour makes sense when you edit code but inside a comment it doesn't make much sense since English uses single quotes. Is there a way to turns this behaviour off for comments only?
