Github - Missing access token
Rider keeps requesting the github credentials too frequently, this started happening out of nowhere, I've been using the same repo with rider for over a year without issues.

The described issue is similar to https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-222414. Please, attach idea.log (Help | Show Logs in ...) to this ticket and watch it for further updates.
