how to prevent list highlighting from automatically going back to the begining of the list

when i press up and down arrow keys to browse the list of autocomplete and it reaches the end of the list it goes back to the beginning, how do i turn that off?

Disabling "Cycle scrolling in lists" should help ("Preferences | Appearance & Behavior | Appearance").
