Add support for var type hinting
This is how Rider with Rust plugins highlights rust code:
I'd like to have the same feature for C# `var`s since Rider suggest placng them everywhere anyway.

Hi Alex, the feature is available within the Rider 2019.3 EAP versions and will be released with the upcoming 2019.3
