Feature Request: Ability to whitelist some identifiers for "Inconsistent Naming" inspection

I spend a fair amount of time working on a "template" project that has some token identifiers that are intentionally nothing like what a real identifier would look like (e.g., __SOME_TOKEN__ rather than SomeToken).

Everywhere these tokens are used as identifiers, a suggestion is made to rename it and there are a lot of warning jaggies under them.

It would be great if I could whitelist those tokens in the project-level team-shared settings so that they aren't caught by the "Inconsistent Naming" inspection without me having to add frequent manual exclusion comments or attributes that 1. would be inappropriate for end results produced by the template or 2. might have wider scope than is desirable.
