Rider icon jumping

When I double-click an error in the console, MacOS is showing a second icon of rider in the dock. This second icon is jumping for about a second and it disapears (probably OS figures out there is already a Rider instance open, and it gives it the focus). Is it possible not to show this second icon? This is very distracting.
