Broken git changes mark in gutter - shows only lines without background

Somehow normal git mark turned out into this.

Here is how it looks like usually:

Yes, both versions exist at the same time. At some time all highlights become broken. But new one works fine. I even can remove and paste the code with wrong highlight and then it is fixed.

PhpStorm reload does not help.

I can suggest that this happens due to lack of computer resources but now sure.
