Configuration directory move in 2020.1 EAP...was the configuration migrated from 2019.3.x?

I noticed that the configuration directory moved in 2020.1, from %HOMEPATH%\.<product><version> to%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\JetBrains\<product><version>. However, I was unclear if the previous versions settings were migrated when opening 2020.1 EAP for the first time?
In the past, when opening a new version, I would be prompted to migrate my settings from the previous version.
Is the migration now automatic? Not working yet? Did I miss it?

This dialog was removed in platform version 2020.1.
