Refactoring default visibility

Is it possible to change the default visibility when using the refactoring tools? I find that 99% of the time when I use the 'Extract [Method/Field/etc]' I am doing so to make things easier to unit test. If I could default those tools to internal instead of private that would be super convenient.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have such an option.
