Safely remove leftovers from previous installations

I have noticed that Rider's previous installations have left some data behind in my %USER% folder:
- .Rider2018.3\ 1,35 G
- .Rider2019.1\ 3,00 G
- .Rider2019.2\ 3,14 G
- .Rider2019.3\ 1,39 G (current)
Is there any tool that I can use to safely clean this up (an also other leftovers from DataGrip, PyCharm etc) or should I simply delete them manually?

Such folders are typically left when using toolbox. You can simply delete the folders from the previous installations manually.
