i set ctrl+r as refactor>rename
in 2020.1 it worked fine
in 2020.2 it no longer works

This is not an issue as this feature is not yet implemented. We already have a feature request about rename refactorings. We would appreciate it if you would upvote the issue in order to demonstrate additional interest and bring increased awareness of the issue.
