Hi Eugene,
Do you mean Nemerle language support, i.e. syntax highlighting? Unfortunately, there is no such built-in functionality, and I cannot find anything relevant in Rider plugins Marketplace. Please feel free to create a feature request: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/RIDER
