Why is there no Rider Community version (in comparison to IntelliJ and PyCharm)

I am really enjoying IntelliJ and today I tried Rider (EAP) and absolutely loved it.
But then I noticed that Rider was lacking a community version.

I really wonder why IntelliJ (java) and PyCharm (python) both have a community version, but the C# product (Rider) costs money for individuals use.
Is there any reason why that is?

Hello @...

Regrettably, at this time we're not planning to release a Community Edition; we may revisit this decision at a later date, but there are no current plans at this time.

You might want to check out the information about Rider complimentary licenses. Please note that every major version has its new trial period.

Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask. Have a great day!
