Share key mappings between Rider and Webstorm

I tried to share key mappings between Rider and Webstorm by exporting the key mappings from WebStorm like this:

Then I hit ok.

Next, I tried to import the settings in Rider like this:

When hitting "OK" and restart Rider, everything seems to work.

But when I check the "Keymap" settings in Rider, the exported Keymaps are not available.

Is this the expected behavior?

Is there another way of sharing the  Keymaps without having to set them all manually?
