Missing tolltips for tab buttons after upgrade to 2020.3

Hi.

Recently I've upgraded to 2020.3. It works like a charm except that there're missing tooltips for buttons in the IDE (like "8" for unit tests, etc). Do you know how to restore them?

It must be the "Show tool window numbers" setting:
