Skip gated-checking with Azure-Devops integration

Hi,
My source control is Azure-Devops and I'm working with Intellij.
I have gated-check-in policy in my company.
When I checkin a file, the gated checkin is running on the pipeline and passed but the code is not update in Intellij.
In addition my user can override gated policy and  I can do it when I preform checkin from Visual studio but I can't do it from Intellij.
