Rider shortcuts blocked 'getting the action ready'

Hi!

We use Rider for developing Xamarin.Forms apps. When using shortcuts for example to comment/uncomment code we get this annoying popup. This takes around 30 seconds when its gone. On the rightbottom corner is see "processing assembly" flashing, sometimes. Maybe this has something to do with it.

Manually comment the code works. It looks like this is only when using the shortcuts. The rest of the editor still reacts to user input.
