Behind Proxy Activation Error

Hi

  1. I get the error shown below when trying to activate.
  2. I keep getting pop-ups to accept JetBrains certificates - e.g. for resources.jetbrains.com - possibly to due SSL interception by proxy. Is there a way to ignore these?

Hi Brendon,

Regrettably, there is no way to ignore it. However, you can either contact the network team in your organization to check the proxy, or to download the activation code from account.jetbrains.com
