Unable to start debugging for a .net core 5.0 solution

When I run my solution, I get the following error:
What am I missing?

Hello, exit code 0 typically means that it went successfully. But you mentioned you are starting Debug process, but message shows something about DPA plugin, could you please share a screenshot to clarify the things up?
somehow the application is working between yesterday and today, this item can be closed.
