Can you highlight an unfolded #Region area in Color Scheme?

Hi all, 

I use regions often to organise large scripts, just wondering is there a way to highlight an unfolded #Region area in Color Scheme? I just find that while they are super useful for quickly organising things but when they are unfolded, it's not that clear to see where they start and end. I'd just like to be able to lighten the background or something within that area.

I thought I'd check to see if there's a way I'm missing,
