Can I configure Rider to trust certifictates issued by Zscaler?

My company uses Zscaler for protection. Zscalef performs TLS incerception, which basically is a controlled man-in-the-middle attack that injects its own TLS server certificate. It seems that Rider regularly calls upon an AWS service (to verify my license, sync my settings, whatever) but every time that happens I get a large dialog warning the server certificate isn't trusted (see screenie below).

I now have to accept this certificate but not before long another dialog, with the exact same warning pops up. Of course, this is very annoying.

Is there a way to configure Rider to trust Zscaler certificates?
