I see something weird on your screenshot: all mentioned files are not indexed. Could you please give me some more details?
- what is the type of your project?
- do you have this case with only this project or also with a new simple sample?
- what is your Rider version?
- please, add a screenshot of Rider where both all Editor tab and Solution Explorer are visible.
- could you please try `Restore packages` on NuGet tab?
