How to move the '_ReSharper.Caches' folder to another location?

When trying to load an unpacked chrome extension in Chrome, I get this error:
"Cannot load extension with file or directory name _ReSharper.Caches. Filenames starting with "_" are reserved for use by the system.
Could not load manifest.".

So either I use a different folder name that doesn't start with '_' or move the folder away from the code folder. I can't find any information that helps with this. This page didn't help much.
