Invalidate caches without opening a solution

Sometimes Rider is stuck loading the solution I'm working on. It just shows "Loading components" window but progress bar is not moving. I guess invalidating caches may help but it's supposed to be done through "File" menu which I can't get until I open a solution. How can I invalidate caches without opening solution and without cleaning Rider local files manually?
