Unable to install MoqComplete plugin with Rider

Hello,
I'm unable to install the MoqComplete plugin with Jetbrains Rider.
Repro steps:
* Open rider, click configure, plugins, search for MoqComplete, install the plugin
* Restart Rider
* Open rider, click configure, plugins, search for MoqComplete
Issue:
MoqComplete plugin can be installed again
Expected:
MoqComplete should already be installed (and usable)
The logs show "19:00:16.059 | INFO | DynamicPlugins | Plugin Abc.MoqComplete.Rider loaded without restart in 299 ms". Could the issue be related to the "without restart" ? Can you please help me understand why I'm unable to install the plugin?

Thank you for reporting the issue, I was able to reproduce it and have created an issue on our tracker: RIDER-66631, please watch it for monitoring the progress.

The issue is planned to be fixed in the closest bugfix.
