How to click cogwheel button in diff view bar using only keyboard?

Using only keyboard commands, how can I click this cog wheel button to open its context menu? This is in the Repository Diff view.
Rider has great keyboard support but some navigation bars are difficult to navigate to, like this button.

There is no shortcut for Settings in diff toolbar.
Could you please clarify which option do you use so often from this Settings so you need a shortcut for that?
