Rider github token

Rider keeps asking me to log in to push my changes, and I try and it says I need to use a token but there is literally nowhere to put a token in at.
When I try to clone a project I also am no longer able to log into github accounts, there isnt even an option to do so.

Could you please share exact message?
You can add GitHub account under Preferences | Version Control | GitHub
Please make sure "Use credential helper" is disabled under Preferences | Version Control | Git
