Unit tests in Rider. Need clarification on what is "Failed success"

Can anyone help to understand what the following means. I have some unit tests which are displayed in a strange way. There are two lines for the same unit test. Parent row shows test failed, while child row shows it succeeded. (note: I cannot see any issue with unit test)

Source code indicator also looks strange: Icon appears to be for failed case, while text says "passed"

Can anyone help?

Thank you very much,

Andrew

Hi Andriy Syrov

Thank you for contacting us. Your tests are displayed in a really strange way.

Could you please clarify, what is your version of Rider and MSTest? Could you please try the latest Rider or EAP and check if this helps? Also, please, add a bit bigger version of your screenshot that includes other SqlIntegrationTest's.

Thank you in advance!

I cannot reproduce the issue any more. I re-ran it today and all shows success. (I sill wonder why you display two lines for the same test though).

Here is how I could repro. Some of my unit tests require kinit (windows domain login), while I'm no mac. If so I open command line and execute 'kinit' then go back to `rider`, run unit tests and then see this strange result.

Hi Andriy Syrov

Thank you for the details. This is quite old version of Rider. First of all, please try to update it and check again.

Tanks!
