Wrap ctor/method call if arguments are wrapped in separate lines

Is there a setting, where I can set up C# formatting in a way, that a constructor or method call gets wrapped in a new line, if the arguments are wrapped in separate lines?



What I could already achieve with the settings I'm aware of can be seen in the picture below.

My motivation is that in this way the visual structure of the code is partially lost,
as the arguments are positioned related to the local variable, not to the constructor,
even though they belong directly to the constructor call.
