Toolbox helped to fixed my problem https://www.jetbrains.com/help/rider/Installation_guide.html#toolbox.
Josecassado, did you have Rider installed through dotUltimate? There was a known issue with Unity seeing Rider when it was installed that way: RIDER-72174. The fix will be included to Rider 22.1.
