Winforms Designer - Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation

I try to use Rider's designer to make simple form and display chart data. Chart control must by taken from external nuget package. LiveCharts.WinForms or other.

I have tried few packages but I am unable to place this control on a form:

What might be causing this problem? Seems it applies to some controls from nuget packages.
