How Long Does It Take For Rider Support Requests

How long does it usually take to get a reply for a rider support request?  I started one Saturday, because of the debug problems I was having and have still not received a reply.  In contrast the problem I had in Data Spell and the problem I had in Intellij were replied to and solved within hours.
