Every time I google this question I can't find a straight answer, I just get pointed at various text based alternatives. Is it possible to talk to a person on the phone for tech support concerning Jetbrain's products? Not a forum, chat bot, or written ticket. Is it possible to get someone on the phone?
The last question I asked about this seems to have been lost on the server, as the link now 404's. A reply was sent to my email, but asking again publicly because I think this would be valuable info for other people to determine easily. Its a straightforward question which should have a straightforward answer.
