Hello William na,
Would you mind specifying your build configuration (Configuration, Target) and clarify what changes you are making to the project before using Ctrl + Alt + F11 (game project changes or changes to RiderLink plugin)?
I added C++ class and build configurtion is debug game editor
more errors from trying today is
Failed to link patch (0.000s) (Exit code: 0x450)
deleting Binaries, DerivedDataCache, and Intermediate folders worked
