Is it allowed to use JetBrains.Annotations in the OpenSource project?

Hello. 

We would like to use JetBrains annotations (such as [UsedImplicitly] or [PublicApi]) in our OpenSource project. Which type of license applies to this code? Is it allowed to include them in our public repo?

It is allowed to use them as they are under MIT license.
