Changing default cursor in Rider

Hello. I try to start using Rider and have a problem with the default cursor, would want to make a cursor which appears only after pushing "INS" as default. (the first - want to get, the second - what is default) How can i do it?

Would you mind clarifying, do you use Vim? Do you want your default cursor to be ' █ ' or ' | '?
