Turn off taskbar pinging?

Is it possible to turn off taskbar pinging (whatever that is called)? Rider does this at the end of every build and I think every unit test run, including for the build that is done for the unit tests. This constant taskbar pinging ruins the auto-hide feature of the taskbar, blocking part of my UI on all 4 of my monitors, and I can only remove it by focusing Rider. This happens dozens of times a day, is extremely annoying and completely unhelpful.

Hello Dave Cousineau! 

One can disable it by switching off `Tool Window` options in `File | Settings | Build, Execution, Deployment | Toolset and Build | Presentation`.

Seems like it's tied to the "Status Bar: show build progress in status bar" setting and not the tool window or task bar settings.
