Creating and Running Projects Like Visual Studio

I am working through a tutorial for C# and they are using Visual Studio in the videos. When they run the app inside Visual Studio it opens up a command prompt window to show the resultant run of the code. I was wondering if there was any way to configure the run config to do the same in Rider, or if the only way to launch a window would be to launch the resultant .exe?
