How do I restore open windows when opening a project?
Rider 2022.3 restores only the main window and its tabs. Windows opened on other monitors are not restored when you open the project. Previous versions of Rider restored all additional windows and their tabs when you opened the project.

An additional window is one or more tabs in a separate window.
