C# interactive does not work

Hi,
For a quite a while now, I'm unable to start a C# interactive session.  (See the attached gif to see the cinematic of the issue)


If I copy/paste the command line that shows at the beginning of the session in a CMD, it works. So I don't understand what might be the issue here.
I've tried googling the error message and did not see anything relevant.
